yes, they have mentioned the FEDERAL EXPRESS TRACKING NUMBER on the mail. Check once more. Mine will come on Monday it seems. Just now rechecked in fedex. And you need not wait for the form to come physically. They have uploaded the form in the edge website in your profile. You can apply for visa with the help of it.
