Hello
My start date is on May 10th, but I haven't received my formal appointment letter and Ds 2019 yet, and up to now, no body has contacted me.
When can I expect to receive them?
or should I contact HR?

Hey, do not fret. You will get your DS 19 form in April. As for your appointment letter, you must mail your mentor or the person who has recruited you directly.
