Picking up Summer '21 MN Sublease, 1or2 Males + good dog

I'll be starting a graduate summer internship with Mayo this summer (May-Aug) in Rochester, MN and am looking to grab a sublease, along with my co-intern if possible. We both have vehicles, and walking distance is not a priority. I also have a very well-mannered golden retriever pal, good yard would be a plus. Ideally looking for rates <$900.
