POPA/HR Appointment Time Slots
Hello,
I am travelling to take care of these appointments as soon as possible, but I wondered how closely together I should schedule them? Do I give myself an hour or two hours? Any idea from experience?

I would schedule the POPA first, because that takes a little more time. My POPA took about 45 minutes, but my Mayo recruiter suggested to give myself at least an hour for that appointment
Then I would schedule your HR appointment either one hour of 75 minutes after your POPA (on the same date). That way you can finish the POPA and walk over to the HR appointment. The HR appointment takes about 15 minutes.
So if your POPA is at 09:00, I would schedule the HR appointment for 10:15.

Not sure if you've already scheduled your appointments but I traveled last month for mine - the HR one was maybe 15 minutes, super short. But it was first thing in the morning so maybe that had something to do with it
The POPA was in the afternoon and took around 2 hours for me. You start in one building with your immunization records and then walk to another building (underground) for the drug and TB test.
Also the HR appointment is in a separate building from the POPA stuff.
I'd just make sure not to schedule them back to back. I did HR in AM and POPA in PM.
