Hi! I'm going to be starting an RN position at Mayo this July and I am looking for a female roommate or roommates. My ideal apartment would be near St. Mary's and would be pet free. I'm a 22 year old and am looking for a roommate or roommates around the same age. I think this would be a great way to help lower the cost of rent and build connections. Hi guys, I have a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome with a room available for rent starting beginning of July. One roomie is a nurse and the other is a respiratory therapist at st. marys. The townhome is very close to west lot to take the shuttle to work when working day shift. The complex is pet friendly, with one of the roomies possibly getting a puppy at somepoint. The rent is 630 a month roughly, plus utilities which is 50-80 dollars a person depending on the month. The lease goes until Jan 2022. Let me know if you have any questions.
