Roommate needed. (Or room near downtown)

Hi,
I am looking for a roommate to sign a 2bed2bath apartment near downtown (10mins walk). It is a decent spacious apartment with an extra private space and storage. I have toured the apartment and I liked it. The cost will be around 650 each. I am an easy going person who like to invite friends sometimes. I have been in rochester since aug. I am looking to sign a lease in April/May. Please let me know if you are interested.
