Looking to share 5 bed room house with one other professional

Due to sudden job change my wife and kid will be moving south and I am still working for Mayo 10 to 15 days per month , I live in SW Rochester which is 8 to 10 minutes from St Mary hospital . I am looking to share my house with other professionals

House is a 5 bedroom / 3 bath split level , lower level has 2 bed and 1 bath with living area , office and fire place and upper level has 3 bedroom with kitchen and living area . Kitchen will be shared.

I am looking to rent out lower level for 2 students or research fellows who can share the lower level thinking of 500 dollars for each person. If some one can pay 1000 dollars can use the whole lower level which is 1600 sq. foot.
Rent is negotiable

I will be only staying for 10 to 15 days per month and will be flying back to my family and hoping the people who live are going to take care of the house and keep it clean.
