Room Available in NE House

I'm looking for a roommate in the 3 bedroom house I'm living in. It's located in the NE of town in a quiet neighborhood, next to a bike path and close to Quarry Hill nature area. Not really walking distance to downtown (45 minutes per Google), but it is a 15 minute bike ride to downtown and it's easy to take an Uber or Lyft.

I work at Mayo as a PCA while doing my undergrad in cell biology, and the other roommate is a painter. I have a collie who is very friendly so I prefer people who like dogs. The owner works in IT at Mayo but works remotely from Colorado. He's a pretty nice guy and will pay all of the utilities and doesn't make you sign a lease as long as you give him a few months notice of when you plan to move out.

The house has central air, washer and dryer, convenient street parking (it's at the end of a cult de sac), and my favorite, a private fenced back yard with a grill and a fire pit perfect for weekend bonfires with friends.

Rent is $650. I didn't include a picture since the other roommate is in the process of moving downstairs. He has a private entrance and bathroom. I haven't seen him upstairs since he moved so you would basically just be living with Odo and I. Cats and dogs should be okay since the owner had both.
