Hello Wenchao. My name is Bengi Durgunoglu and I am a new RN on the cardiac PCU at St. Mary's campus. (I am also in my 30's).
I will be moving into a nice 4-BR 1-Bath house within walking distance to both Mayo campuses, on 1st St. SW. I'm looking for a roommate to live with me.

Free parking space in the driveway.
Kitchen has new gas stove with dishwasher.
