Renting out entire basement/room/private bath in NW Rochester house
(PRICE REDUCTION) Hi! I'm a 28 year old Nurse practitioner fellow beginning 8/2021 at Mayo. I bought a lovely remodeled home in NW rochester with my 2 dogs. I'm looking for a friendly, open minded, clean, reliable professional to rent out my fully remodeled basement. 775 per month including utilities. It's a huge space with fully finished basement, private bath, private room, separate entrance. I'm open to any gender of roommate. My interests include dogs, travel, trying new restaurants, etc. Ideal move in date is 8/1 but can be earlier or later if necessary.
We can potentially accommodate another friendly dog. No cats though
