Looking for a room near Mayo Clinic from August

Hello everyone,
I am Adika, would be starting to work at Mayo Clinic from August 9.
I am looking for a place to stay, preferably a private room & female flat mates.
Please let me know if anyone has any leads.

I have an 2b2b apartment at the Maven on Broadway available starting any date in August. It is the remainder of a lease as I am moving for a job. Great amenities and within 3 blocks of Mayo.
