Looking for a room near Saint Marys Campus (Rochester, MN)

I (25M) am a final year medical student from Italy, will start doing research at Saint Marys Campus from August 16. I am looking to rent a room (preferably a private room) for a year near Saint Marys from August 10, 2021.
