Hi! I'm new to Jax and have a 3 month old. I'm running into the same problem finding reliable, last minute child care for my son. I'm starting as nurse in the Cath Lab at Mayo and have days/nights where I will have to be on-call. Bright Horizons through Mayo isn't able to provide child care quickly enough for these last-minute call ins (they said they need at least 4 hours for in-home nannies). I'm wondering if anyone would be available/interested in exchanging child care? Or if anyone knows of a group of moms in the area that are available to help for last minute families?
