One Bed/One Bath within 2 Bed/2 Bath at The Pines

I am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease at The Pines of Rochester. You would have your own room, bathroom, and huge walk-in closet. The shared spaces (kitchen, living room) would be shared with a post-doc research fellow- a female in her early 30's. She prefers to keep the space very clean, so the incoming roommate would also need to be a cleanly person. The Pines also has a shuttle to Mayo (downtown and St. Mary's) each day during the week, a gym within the building, and an indoor pool in the adjacent building. There is central A/C and in-unit laundry. Rent is $800 and almost all other utilities are included, with the exception of electric, which is split between the two roommates (not more than $40 per month- typically between $20 and $35 per person).
