1 bedroom in quiet comfortable NW house off of 19th St. available June 1st. Month to month lease. Shared bathroom and communal areas. Japanese style queen bed available or bring your own.

You’ll be sharing the house with one 31yr old female roommate and two dogs. Dogs and caged animals ok on a case-to-case basis (must get along with resident dogs).

I’m quiet and a homebody. Happy to go hiking or play boardgames. My dogs are small and polite. Neighbors are friendly and pleasant. Walking distance to Little Thistle.

800/month with utilities and internet included. Chores (lawn mowing, shoveling) split. Street parking available, easily accessible bus stop at end of block. Second and third shift welcome, I am a quiet housemate.
