$420 Room Available in 4 Bedroom Townhouse

Hey everyone! We're looking to fill the last bedroom that is open in our townhouse at Grandeville (https://goo.gl/maps/te5kgoY8BJS1eLaN9). The roommates would be me, a PCA at Mayo finishing up my undergraduate in molecular biology before hopefully pursuing virology or neuroscience, Briana, a conservation biologist, and Ramila, a recent graduate who is just starting as a clinical lab technologist. Some of the features of the apartment / location:

- Right next to Mayo's West Lot, providing free shuttle service to the Saint Mary's and Downtown locations(https://goo.gl/maps/NAgEpLoefMQfmt4eA).
- Within walking distance to Saint Mary's, Kwik Trip convenience store, and Fresh Thyme grocery store
-Next to beautiful Cascade Lake, offering Rochester's only public beach, a walking/biking path that connects to the city's trail system (https://www.rochestermn.gov/home/showdocument?id=778)
- Various community amenities, including a pool (recently remodeled) with community grill, weight room, package delivery lockers, mini dog park.
- The apartment has a free washer and drier, central air / heating, a garage for storage

I've lived here for about two years now, and I still love the apartment and the area. It's been kind of a revolving door for people doing their research internships (we've had a Nepali, Belgian, Pakistani, and of course a few Americans) which I really enjoy. Ramila is a Nepali so eventually I hope to make some momos and so how good my non-american cooking is (the Belgian was always lamenting the bread quality here so I got a starter going but never got around to making any actual bread lol). Rochester's rent prices aren't very affordable, so this is one of the cheaper options in town.

The lease is a communal lease, meaning we're all under the same agreement, but the leasing company, iret, allows you to be released for only a $100 fee, so this is a great option for those not staying for a long time. The current lease lasts until mid-November, but I definitely plan on staying after that.

Pets are allowed as long as they are well behaved. I have a very floofy collie, Odo, so I greatly prefer roommates who love dogs and maybe wouldn't mind letting him out on occasion in exchange for cookies and margaritas. Part of the pleasure of living with other people, particularly people from other cultures, is getting to know one another, so a reasonably social roommate would be lovely.

If you're interested just send me a message with a little bit about yourself and when you're looking to move in/out. Oh and here's my Facebook profile if you want to scope me out: https://www.facebook.com/cody.menting.9

Does the $450 include utilities, electric, internet, etc. or are those bills in addition to the $450?

The utilities would be in addition to the $420 rent. They usually come out to about $50-70 per month.

What about cable and/or internet? Is that included or is it additional?

Have you found someone to live here yet?
