A HEALTHY OUTSIDE STARTS FROM THE INSIDE

1. What are your go-to food items in the hours before a run that help fuel you? What are go-to drinks after your run is complete?
2. What has been your biggest success so far through your first 4 weeks of the training plan? What has been your biggest challenge?

Hey Chad! If it is a 5K I usually just have 40 ounces of water and a stick of Extra gum. For longer runs I still drink the same amount of water and either have a yogurt or if I'm up early enough a PB&J sandwich and that stick of Extra gum for when I'm on the run.
