Accessing Email @home with authenticator

Hey everyone!
I'm relatively new to mayo. I had my email with authenticator all set up an working great... then I got a new phone. I had to try to re-login to my outlook and with that also my authenticator. I tried to go through the whole setup process again on campus using a Mayo computer. However, it did not work as it kept asking for a "QR code" which I do not have.
Has anyone else had this problem and can help?

Hello...had same issue.
Just walk-in with your Mayo lap & mobile to Ozmum (Centre) 2-50 at the IT dept.
They will be happy do it for you.
I highly recommend Mr Dan Wirth.
