Accomodation @ Rochester

Dear all,
I will be starting as a researcher at Rochester campus. I am looking for a studio/1 BR accommodation starting Sept 15 preferably on the Mayo Clinic shuttle route or City Bus route. If anyone knows of any availability, please let me know. Appreciate your help.
