The Other department always: when working with other departments. You can dangerously assume and blame all for the mistakes of one person.

Disparaging your last Mayo Department or Floor: Regardless of what reason you transferred out of the other place. Your new team is not that interested in why you left. They are trying to make you a valued member of the new place.
