When we move to a different department or job. It can be very tempting to reminisce about the old spot. You think of all the ways it could have worked well for you. Realistically you're probably better where you are now. If the new spot has challenges so will any new other spot . Do yourself a favor and make it work in your new department. I have had minimal challenges in my new department. It's not perfect and yet I am so happy that my new job isn't the old one. I hope if you have moved that your new department is a blessing...
