Anyone into fitness? Working out? Jogging? Weights? I need motivation 🙂
I'm quite new to being a Well-Being Champion (just signed up a couple weeks ago at most); however, I am looking into setting up a walking challenge for my work unit. Another thing that I did is to contact an old friend that lives in my neighborhood since we've both working from home and I saw him out walking one day. I plan to see whether there are certain days that we can sync up and walk together. In short, a buddy system often helps.
