Gaining access to "My Learning" remotely
Hi, I'm starting work at Mayo next week. I was asked to complete a course in "My Learning", and was informed that the way to get into it was thru "Mayo Clinic Intranet Main Page". Does anyone know how to access the Intranet Main Page remotely (I'm not onsite at the moment). Or alternatively, gain access to "My Learning" thru another route? Thank you.

Hi Kevin,
There is a way to access My Learning remotely, however it requires setup of mobile device management and Microsoft authenticator.
The course in My Learning that is being referenced will be your HR online orientation. It is my understanding that HR is no longer allowing new hires to complete this prior to their start date. It will need to be completed within 48 hours after your start date. Reach out to your supervisor or HR representative if you have any other questions! I hope this helps!

Thank you for your detailed response. I appreciate it. I’ll give HR a few days. They probably intend to send all new employees instructions towards the end of the week. If I don’t get anything new by Friday morning, then I’ll reach out to them. Thanks again.
