Hello!!!
My name is Daemiel, an incoming Research Trainee at Mayo Clinic, Rochester. Hoping to arrive in Rochester on March 1, 2023. I am looking for a Studio Apartment near Mayo clinic (Walking distance) with a reasonable rent. Greatly appreciate any help.

I'm subletting a 2bed 1 bath starting 4/1. A mile from the downtown campus. It's $850 a month plus electric, heat, and Internet (if desired). Company pays water, trash removal, and provides lawn care and snow removal.
