Is your Browser defaulting to the Internet Explorer? This is retired. Try setting it to default to Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Go to your settings > Apps > Default Apps > pick one or the other. Just made the change myself.
@cpoggio, this is an intranet webpage, so you do have to be VPN'd in or within the firewall to look at that particular site. I am not sure if this is the issue, but wanted to mention just in case.
