Looking for 2 Female Roomies at Avalon Cove

Hello All!

I am looking for 2 female roommates (preferably in their mid-20s to early 30s) to share a 3-br/2.5ba place for an 11-month lease at Avalon Cove Townhomes starting June 1st. It is right next to West Lot so if you work at SMH it is a super short commute. I do have a very sweet older lab mix so I am looking for roomies who love dogs but don't have any animals of their own. I am looking for people who are clean (do dishes in a timely manner) and friendly! Rent would be ~$650/mo + utilities (plus a $50 application fee and $134 deposit) If interested feel free to direct message me and we can see if we would jive as roomies!
