I have a 3bd/1ba apartment in SE Rochester, MN. I am looking for a male roommate to take a bed room and share an office/storage room together. Total cost are approximately, 720-750 a month (Rent + utilities (electricity only) + internet). Commute to Mayo Clinic via car is 7-8 minutes.
