Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease.
There are many amenities that come with the place; a two-car garage, spacious downstairs, a shared closet space and the room I have is huge! Not only that, but it’s also walking distance to numerous bus stops that go to Mayo. I used to work at the lab at Mayo and it’s a five-minute drive!
Rent is $795 every month and the utilities are around or less than $100. There are no pets allowed.
Hi Marina, I will have a room available mid-November (as early as Nov. 11th), its a house share, with three other women. The tenant of this room has use of their own bathroom, as it is a basement room. Rent is $484 each, and utilities about $100 each person/mo. So this would be closer to your price point. We are close to St. Mary's, (0.9 miles away, 1.9 miles away from Methodist/downtown,) and two blocks away from a bus station. Our house is big, pets are ok, lots of storage space!
