You would be living with a great girl! We all keep to ourselves and let everyone have their own privacy.

This would be perfect for someone looking to have a shorter lease (till July)! There are many amenities that come with the place; a two-car garage, spacious downstairs, a shared closet space and the room I have is enormous! The house is fully furnished except the room that you would be taking over. Not only that, but it’s also within walking distance to numerous bus stops that go to Mayo. I used to work at the lab at Mayo and it’s a five-minute drive!

It is a four-minute walk to the nearest bus stop! Only 0.2 miles away.

Rent is $797 every month and the utilities are around or less than $100. There is NO security deposit or first/last month's rent required.
