Looking for a room, long term

Hi, I am joining as a Research Fellow from beginning 2022. I am looking for a room/ 1-bedroom apartment from the end of January/ beginning of February.
I am planning to stay at least two years in Rochester, would prefer living with people that are employed/staying longer.

Hi there,
The room is ready to go. It's a great space and it's a great location.
We are very close to transportation. There's on street parking in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood.
The other tenant is very clean and friendly.
