Looking for a room, long term

Hi, I am joining as a Research Fellow from beginning 2022. I am looking for a room/ 1-bedroom apartment from the end of January/ beginning of February.
I am planning to stay at least two years in Rochester, would prefer living with people that are employed/staying longer.
