Hello, do you find a suitable room. I have a room to sublet. 217 5th Ave SW, opposite Baldwin parking.1b1b. It's $600 a month. I spend about $35 a month on electricity. Internet fee can be shared with others, 25 dollars a month. There's no water or heating costs. It's warm in winter and cool in summer. Bookcase, shoe cabinet, desk, table, washing machine, pots, pans, pots and pans, all of which are free. I left on about August 15. If you want to rent the house, welcome to see at any time.
