Hello, my name is Victoria. I got a job with Mayo clinic to start on 28th of November, coming into the country from Nigeria with my spouse and 2kids. Am in need of an apartment. Please how do I go about it

Hi, I'm subleasing a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment asap located 10 mins from Mayo campus till Aug 31,2023, with shuttle available every hour, rent is 1560$ plus utilities. No down payment required.
We are looking to move out right away. Move in date is flexible!

Hi Everyone!
We are looking for someone to take over our lease at The Pines that ends May 26th, 2023! https://pinesrochester.com/floor-plan/the-cypress/ The floorplan is The Cypress. Currently the new rates for this apartment are over $1800!
You pay for electric (about 110), water and sewer (about 30 bucks).
Internet and heat are included (we stream everything, never had an issue)! We currently have an electric car garage spot allotted to us (an extra $60 a month. Regular gas car spot is an extra $50 a month instead). There is a shuttle from the building entrance to Mayo Clinic, both St. Mary's and Downtown campus. Assignment fee of $500 to secure the apartment and rent will be pro-rated for the first month. We are looking for someone to take over anytime in January.
