I am a visiting medical student rotating at the Mayo Clinic Hospital (Phoenix campus on E Mayo Blvd) and looking for an entire private, furnished studio apartment (no flatmates/roommates) from October 23 to December 5 (~6 weeks).
Preferences:
Commute: Within a ~10-minute drive to the Phoenix hospital campus (e.g., Desert Ridge, High Street, Kierland, or North Scottsdale area).
Exclusively private: Standalone studio or 1-bedroom with private bath and private kitchen.
Amenities: Fully furnished, modern or updated, dedicated desk/study workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, reserved parking, and in-unit/on-site laundry.
Environment: Quiet, clean, and secure.
