Looking for Overnight sitter/nanny

Posted by morghanc23 @morghanc23, Mar 3, 2021

Hello! I am a single mother of two boys (will be 6 & 7 years old) and starting at Mayo Clinic, in Rochester MN, as a RN the end of July 2021. I am looking for a loving, caring, and reliable individual who is looking to join our family and make some extra cash.

Responsibilities: Help the boys get ready for bed, put them to bed, and potentially get them up in the morning and prepare breakfast. They sleep through the night so you would be able to work on school work, work things, and sleep. I can't guarantee a bedroom but I would have a cozy couch/recliner available. You'd have access to wifi. I would provide food, beverages, and anything in the house you'd be able to use. I want to treat you as a member of the family and I am hoping you'd feel the same way!

Required/Preferred: CPR/First Aid certified. Comfortable with dogs. Has own transportation. Willing to care for sick kids (within reason). Non-smoker.

Days needed: TOTAL 2-3 NIGHTS PER WEEK. It would be every 3rd weekend and then the other days are self scheduling so they wouldn't be a consistent M,W,F, etc. If you have things going on or work elsewhere/have a consistent night you'd need off, I would try my best to always work around that as well because I, unfortunately, won't be able to make this transition if I cannot find childcare. Before I filled in my schedule, I would contact you to see if there was anytime you weren't available. I would try to be as flexible and accommodating as I possibly can!

Times: I would be asking for someone to come to my place at 6:30-6:45pm and stay overnight until 7:30-8am.

Pay: I am willing to negotiate pricing. I would start at $100 per night.

I am willing to give out further information if anyone is seriously interested or knows of someone who would be interested! 🙂
