Looking For : Private room near Downtown, Roch, MN .

Hi,
I am 33 yrs old, started my research fellowship at Mayo, this July and for next June.
I am looking for a private room (with private bath) or one bedroom studio.
- (furniture or not but should have the laundry and the dryer).
-Should be quiet place, with quiet and nice roommate/s (not exceed 3 persons if shared).
-Should not exceed 5 mins walking to downtown, Winter is coming 🙂
