Looking for roommate, $700/month (including utilities), Rochester MN

Hi,
We are a couple living in a 2-bedroom apartment in Downtown Rochester. Our apartment complex is the closest to the Mayo Clinic Downtown campus, just a 5-minute walk away. It is also conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of a grocery store.
We are looking for a temporary roommate for 1 to 6 months, starting February 1st. The apartment is fully furnished, includes an in-unit washer and dryer, and the monthly rent is $700, which covers all utilities.
The complex offers excellent amenities, including a gym, a home theater, and communal spaces for work and leisure, such as a game room and outdoor seating.
