My current roommate will be leaving Rochester this July, and I’m looking for someone to share my 2B2B apartment.

• Rent: $875/month + half of utilities and renter’s insurance ( about $40/month in total). There are no additional fees.
• Parking: One indoor parking spot included.
• Furnishings: Fully furnished—bed, sofa, etc. already provided.
• Laundry: In-unit washer.
• Location: My apartment (Rochester Towers) is very close to all Mayo Clinic buildings. Nearly all Mayo buildings are within 5 mins walk.
