Looking for roommate in RST

I have a really nice 2BR/2BA just 8 minute walk from SMH and am looking for a roommate starting September. I am a 36 year-old research fellow. I am respectful and like to keep my apartment tidy, I think a home is for relaxation. I enjoy a good chat and nice wine, traveling and broadening my horizons in general. I would like to live with someone who shares similar interests. No cats, please, as I am allergic, the building allows pets, though.
