Looking for Roommates

I am looking into a few houses close to Saint Mary's / downtown campus and need some people to share a place with. I'm also possibly looking into some downtown apartments such as Rochester Towers, but the houses are usually a bit cheaper.

About me: I am a PCA at Mayo and am attending RCTC for radiography and WSU for molecular biology. I have an 11-year-old collie who has become pretty relaxed in his senior years. He's lived with cats and other dogs without issue. I don't have any preference on gender or age but would prefer healthcare workers / researchers or students. I used to live with all international medical graduates and that was a ton of fun so don't hesitate to reach out if you're from abroad!

Obviously, it's hard to give specifics when looking at multiple places but generally the details include:

Rent: $550-$800

Location: Mostly Kutzky Park area (~10 minute walk or less to SMH), walking distance to grocery shopping, a bus line, coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and bike trails.

Move-in date: July or August
