Mayo Jacksonville - room for rent

Hello all!

We are renting out a private fully furnished bedroom in our town house here in Jacksonville, complete with access to private bathroom, full kitchen access, as well as a private community pool and fitness center. 12 minute drive from mayo clinic and 12 minute drive to downtown. Bedroom comes with bed, desk and tv, linens and towels, and we have in house laundry, free wifi and utilities, as well as parking.
