I have a furnished main floor bedroom for rent in a 4 bdrm, 3 bath house. It is located walking distance to downtown Rochester and also near the Mayo Park N Rides. Rent is $450 includes all utilities, wifi, Direct tv with TV in room and laundry. Must like cats! Available May 1, 2019. PM if interested.
