Need a roommate in Rochester MN! House with 2 stall garage!

Looking for a roommate! I am a 25 year old female and I am a nurse at Mayo. I am looking for a 23-30ish year old roommate. I rent a house in NW Rochester. Total rent is $2500, split with a person is $1250 each. It is a 4 bed 2 bath house with a 2 stall garage, and a fenced in backyard. We each would have our space. I have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, you would have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Laundry unit included and shared kitchen. Start of lease would be July 1st.
