New to Florida-Need a nanny/childcare

Hey everyone! I am a single mom of 2 toddlers. I will need an on call nanny for the regular kid needs (if someone gets sick at school etc). Does anyone in Jacksonville Florida area use a nanny? If so, which agency or how did you go about finding one?
