We recommend using the Park N Ride locations and taking advantage of the free bus service to the downtown area. Parking is limited downtown and if you park at a meter, you would have to move your vehicle before the end of the day, or risk a ticket. On the other hand, you could park in the DoubleTree ramp, but that would be at your own expense.
@BRechtzigel
I would be happy to help you with that, Kathy. I coordinate orientation at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. The actual orientation program will begin at 8:00 AM at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Rochester, which may be a different location than you were previously told, as we had to move to a larger venue when we exceeded capacity at our usual location. If you need to get your photo taken for your access badge, we will have two photographers available onsite at the DoubleTree starting at 7:15 AM for your convenience. Next week, you will receive a reminder email with these and other details regarding your first day at Mayo Clinic. For you, this reminder will be sent to your Comcast email account.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
