Orientation schedule

I am crossing my fingers that I get a job offer. Does anyone know how often there is new hire orientation. I want to be sure I schedule that day off - hoping to onboard for a supplemental, on-call position. Any feedback is appreciated.

Depending on your department, the orientation may be online! Orientation for Mayo as a whole was online for me two weeks ago. Department of nursing had an in-person orientation two Mondays ago, but I'm not sure how frequent that orientation is.
