POPA and immunization record

Posted by Jose Morales @jmorales182, Feb 15, 2021

Hi there.

I was wondering if someone had his/her Post Offer Placement Assessment without presenting an immunization record.

Due to the COVID situation and because I am moving from another country, I cannot get a copy of my record.

Thanks a lot for your time.

I am in Florida and they were able to pull it from FLShots because I grew up here. I would call and ask.

I suggest reaching out the your states dept of health (it whatever state you received your vaccines) and they can usually email you your record. That's what I did.

Hi Delmi, thanks for your answer.

Given that I am moving from another country, I need to call Mayo Clinic to sort out it.

Thanks

I also moved from a foreign country and most of my records were not readable, so they did blood test to check my titers. For the ones needed, they vaccinated me. That's not a problem.

They will just vaccinate as long as it is not showing anywhere that you were vaccinated. I couldn't find my Hep B records and ended up getting another one.

Like a few others have said, I too couldn't find some records from when I was really young. They just ordered some extra tests and based on those results will have you get vaccinated if necessary.
Good Luck and congratulations on the new job!
