Private room walking distance to Saint Marys/Rochester

Available April 1st and on: Beautiful, fully furnished room in a house with a backyard, laundry, and fully stocked kitchen. You would be 2 blocks away (< 5 min walk) from Saint Mary's Hospital and 20 min walk from Methodist. There's street parking available. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The bath would be shared, but it's never been a problem as I'm a busy resident who isn't home very often. There's an extra room used for guests or office space.

I'm 30 years old and a female, happy to rent to either males or females. My dog Ruthie will be at the house intermittently. She's a lovable Aussie mix who will make you feel right at home. I prefer 1 month rentals, but if you're looking for a longer or shorter timeline we can work something out!
