Private room walking distance to Saint Marys/Rochester

Available April 1st and on: Beautiful, fully furnished room in a house with a backyard, laundry, and fully stocked kitchen. You would be 2 blocks away (< 5 min walk) from Saint Mary's Hospital and 20 min walk from Methodist. There's street parking available. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The bath would be shared, but it's never been a problem as I'm a busy resident who isn't home very often. There's an extra room used for guests or office space.

I'm 30 years old and a female, happy to rent to either males or females. My dog Ruthie will be at the house intermittently. She's a lovable Aussie mix who will make you feel right at home. I prefer 1 month rentals, but if you're looking for a longer or shorter timeline we can work something out!

$800/month with utilities, furnishings, wifi included

Hello, I'm looking for a place just like this for Aug 1! I know it's a ways out but let me know if the room is available then. I'm looking to stay until Spring 2027. I'm a 51yr old, F, 0.9 FTE RN in the float pool and mostly work on St. Mary's campus, love dogs but don't have any right now, I do vape but only outside. I work every other weekend and go to the cities on my weekends off (where my family and friends are) I'm currently living at The Graham Apartments and it is great, other than the shuttle situation. @manjunathkrishnappa I have a single apartment in Rochester, MN with a free shuttle to Mayo that runs everyday morning and evenings. It has great amenities and has a great location. Let me know if you are interested!
