Rental townhome available in September and Car selling

Hi all,
Because I'll leave Jacksonville I have to terminate early my rental agreement. So I need to find a tenant for new one-year contract. The house will be available at the end of this September, the rent is $2100. The house is a 2-story townhome with 3 bdr., 2 bth. Also it has a laundry unit (washer and dryer) and an attached garage for two cars. There is a pool in the gated community. It is at the gate parkway location (10-12 min far to Mayo) and near the Sn. Johns town center.
I'm also selling my car. It is 2018 Ford Edge Titanium at 80K miles, the car is at 80K miles, w/ a panoramic sunroof, w/o any accident, and all parts work properly. The price is $24K.
